BPExch Pro Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Casino Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and BPExch Pro ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the BPExch Pro website, mobile interface, and all associated services including online casino games, sports betting, and payment services.

By registering an account on BPExch Pro, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use BPExch Pro.

These Terms apply to all players accessing BPExch Pro from Pakistan. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version in all cases.

To register and play on BPExch Pro you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BPExch Pro takes underage gambling extremely seriously and operates a strict zero-tolerance policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds returned in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be accessing BPExch Pro as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be under any legal restriction that prevents you from gambling online under your applicable law.
• You must not currently have a self-exclusion in place on BPExch Pro or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

During registration, BPExch Pro will ask you to provide a valid mobile number, email address, and basic personal details. This information is used to verify your identity before your first withdrawal is processed. BPExch Pro reserves the right to request additional documentation — such as a copy of your CNIC — at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

Each individual player is permitted one BPExch Pro account only. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods belonging to the same person — are strictly prohibited. If BPExch Pro identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all but the original account, confiscate any bonus funds, and void any wins generated from duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BPExch Pro login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. BPExch Pro will never ask you for your full password in any communication. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at support@bpexchpro.app and change your password without delay.

BPExch Pro reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: suspected fraud, chargebacks, violation of these Terms, abusive behaviour toward staff or other players, or failure to complete identity verification when required. Where an account is closed due to a player breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player in accordance with the circumstances.

• Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting BPExch Pro support.
• If closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support team so the appropriate self-exclusion can be applied.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as detailed in the fee schedule available on request.

All deposits to BPExch Pro are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your BPExch Pro balance immediately upon confirmation of payment.

BPExch Pro does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for depositing must be in your own name and registered to you personally. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and the depositing account may be closed.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of request. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within the same business day.

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is released.
• BPExch Pro reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if there is any outstanding issue with your account, including unresolved dispute, pending verification, or suspected fraud.
• BPExch Pro does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees as per their individual terms.

BPExch Pro offers bonuses and promotional incentives to players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each individual promotion will have its own specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all BPExch Pro bonuses.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual offer terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the offer — typically 7 or 30 days depending on the promotion type.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Claiming bonuses with multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all accounts being closed.
• BPExch Pro reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been claimed in violation of the applicable terms, including winnings generated using that bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Some game types may contribute at a lower rate to wagering requirements. The contribution table for each bonus is available in the individual offer terms.

All casino games on BPExch Pro — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, Teen Patti, and Poker — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game information panel before you play.

BPExch Pro crash games including Aviator, Mines, JetX, and Plinko use a provably fair system. Before each round begins, a cryptographic hash of the round's outcome is generated and published. After the round ends, players can use the provided seed values to independently verify the result. This system makes it mathematically impossible for BPExch Pro to alter outcomes after bets are placed.

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or communications failure during a game, BPExch Pro reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players concerned. Any wins resulting from an obvious error — including but not limited to display errors showing incorrect odds, payouts, or multipliers — will be void and the correct payout will apply. BPExch Pro will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability of games or services.

• Bets placed during a technical malfunction are subject to review and may be voided at BPExch Pro's discretion.
• Players must not deliberately exploit errors, bugs, or malfunctions for financial gain. Doing so may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

The following rules apply specifically to sports betting on BPExch Pro, including football, cricket, and all other sports markets where available.

BPExch Pro reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its discretion. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation message and the bet appears in your betting history. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet has not been placed and no funds have been deducted.

• If a match is postponed and not played within 24 hours of the original scheduled kick-off time, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is abandoned after starting, bets are settled on the result at the time of abandonment only if the applicable competition rules recognise that result as official. Otherwise, stakes are returned.
• In accumulator bets, a voided leg is removed from the slip and the remaining legs remain active at the recalculated combined odds.

In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and live odds. BPExch Pro reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event. Bets placed during a market suspension are void. Odds displayed in live markets may be subject to brief delays relative to the actual match clock — this is a technical characteristic of all live betting systems and does not constitute an error.

BPExch Pro applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed on the betting interface and may be updated periodically. Wins that exceed the applicable maximum payout will be settled at the maximum payout amount.

BPExch Pro is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming controls are available to every BPExch Pro player from within their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours to 7 days.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum allowable loss over a defined time period. When your loss limit is reached, you will not be able to place further bets until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. BPExch Pro will alert you when your limit is approaching and automatically log you out when it is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from BPExch Pro for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from BPExch Pro. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months. Contact support to apply a self-exclusion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BPExch Pro. Any player found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will have their account suspended or closed, any winnings voided, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Attempting to access, tamper with, or interfere with BPExch Pro's technical systems, software, or games in any unauthorised manner.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games on BPExch Pro.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game including Poker or Teen Patti.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use BPExch Pro to process or conceal funds obtained from illegal activity.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting BPExch Pro support to attempt resolution.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Deliberately exploiting a software bug or pricing error in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward BPExch Pro staff or other players.

BPExch Pro collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

In summary: BPExch Pro collects the personal information necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@bpexchpro.app.

BPExch Pro uses cookies on its website to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyse platform performance. You can manage cookie settings through your browser, though disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the platform.

BPExch Pro's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant event occurred. BPExch Pro is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of BPExch Pro, you should contact our support team in the first instance at support@bpexchpro.app. BPExch Pro aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. Where a dispute involves a bet settlement, the BPExch Pro trading team will review the available evidence and provide a final decision in writing.

• Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 7 days of the relevant event result being confirmed.
• All decisions made by BPExch Pro in relation to the interpretation of these Terms, game results, and bet settlements are final.
• BPExch Pro is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity issues, device failures, power outages, or any other circumstances outside of our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which BPExch Pro operates. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of BPExch Pro complies with the laws applicable to them in their country or region of residence.

BPExch Pro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — BPExch Pro will notify registered players by email and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

For minor amendments such as clarifications, corrections, or additions that do not materially change player rights, updates may take effect immediately. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when these Terms were most recently changed. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continuing to use BPExch Pro after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
