Classic Teen Patti

The version everyone learns first and never really gets tired of. Three cards are dealt face-down to each player. One player posts the boot (ante), and play moves clockwise. You can play seen (having looked at your cards) or blind (without looking). Blind players pay half the stake that seen players do, which creates a fascinating dynamic of uncertainty. The pot keeps growing until either all but one player folds or two remaining players go to a showdown. The player with the best hand according to Teen Patti rankings wins the entire pot. Joker Teen Patti

Before cards are dealt, one or more random cards are revealed as Jokers. Any card of the same rank in a player's hand can substitute for any card in the deck – essentially a wild card. This changes the strategic calculations completely. Hands that seemed unbeatable in Classic can suddenly be beaten when an opponent realises their pair just became a trail. On BPExch Pro, the Joker variant is one of the highest-traffic rooms at night, particularly during weekends and PSL season. The chaos of wild cards keeps every hand unpredictable right until the very last reveal.

Key Difference

Wild cards are publicly revealed before dealing. All players can see which ranks are wild – so your card assessment must account for what opponents might be holding with wild substitutions active.

Muflis (Lowball)

Everything you know about hand rankings gets flipped upside down. The High Card is now the best hand you can hold. A Trail (Three of a Kind) – normally the most powerful hand in Teen Patti – is the absolute worst in Muflis. This creates a completely different betting psychology. Players who've mastered Classic Teen Patti often find Muflis humbling at first because their instincts work against them. Reversed Rankings

High Card beats Pair beats Colour beats Sequence beats Pure Sequence beats Trail. Aim for the lowest possible combination to scoop the pot.

AK47 Variant

Named after the four card ranks that become permanent wild cards: Aces (A), Kings (K), Fours (4), and Sevens (7). These cards can substitute for any other card to complete a hand. The immediate consequence is that winning hands become much stronger on average, and the game becomes significantly more volatile. Small bets can lead to enormous pots very quickly when multiple wild cards are in play. The objective in 999 is to get a hand whose total pip value is as close to 999 as possible. Face cards count as 0, Aces count as 1, and number cards count at face value. To calculate your score, arrange the three card values into the highest possible three-digit number. For example, a 9, 9, and 8 would give you 998, while two 9s and a face card would give you 990.
